Our founder Vickie was invited by Women @ Syngenta to give a presentation/training on Coercive control and the impacts on the individual as well as the workplace on 30th November. We were delighted to be able to provide an overview of the realities and impacts on both the individual as well as the workplace.

White Ribbon day- November 25th 2021

White Ribbon day marks the International day for the elimination of violence against women and girls and engaging men into the conversations to help eradicate. 16 days of activism also follow on from this to highlight the reality of millions of women worldwide.

The Joy App

In November we were delighted to be added to the Joy App meaning that we are accessible to more people within this referral process whether self referrals or via professionals to then be aware of and access our peer support services.

Kaleidoscopic UK & Wokingham’s Citizens Advice Outreach Mobile Van

Kaleidoscopic UK are delighted to be part of Citizens Advice new outreach mobile van. The van has been launched to take support to the community and create easier ways for people to get the needed support and remove barriers.

Surviving to Serenity

We are delighted to be collaborating with Meg Toomie involving her new book as part of our #Educate2Eradicate Teen programme we are hoping to deliver in schools from next year, highlighting all areas of abuse including Narcissism.

National Centre for Domestic Violence

The National Centre for Domestic Violence was established in 2003 to help survivors of domestic violence and abuse obtain protection against an abuser, as well as offering services to the police, probation service, domestic abuse agency workers, the legal profession and judiciary.

Diane’s sponsored cycle event for Kaleidoscopic UK

From the 19th August and over the course of 30 days, I will be cycling a minimum of 150 km to support Kaleidoscopic UK, all made possible with the support of eActiv Health Lounge in Wokingham.

“I’m Well” a song by Vickie Robertson & Sounds Like Women

Our founder Vickie Robertson was asked by ‘Sounds like Women’ to take part in writing a song by drawing on her experiences of domestic abuse as a child and adult. Previous collaborations together were a great success including Vickie Story being part of awareness campaigns across Poland.

The Domestic Abuse Bill Passed

The domestic abuse Bill passed through the final stages and has now received Royal assent.
