Mayor Quiz Night
On September 23rd 2022 we were honoured to hold our first Charity Quiz night with the support of the Town Mayor Cllr Maria Gee. The event held at the Town hall sold out and was bursting with laughter and quizzing fun.
A great night was had by all teams who enjoyed the quiz hosted by Alex who tested their knowledge of all things recent as well as music and many other categories.
Quizzers enjoyed an amazing Pizza Buffet thanks to Little Reds Pizza and served by our amazing hardworking volunteers as well as a delicious dessert donated by the Mayor herself.
We held a raffle of amazing prizes donated by many local businesses and we would like to thank all for their generosity, thanks to all the support on the night with drinks, tickets purchased and raffle we managed to raise an incredible £1114.
We are truly grateful to all who came and joined in and those who donated items to raffle, all teams went away with multiple prizes and a big smile while raising money for domestic abuse prevention in the Borough.
